We are increasing our efforts to strengthen, coordinate and align our ways of working with risk and quality in the CFO Organization within the If Group. We are looking for you who want to be part of this exciting journey and be a key driver of the initiative that includes working with formalization of key processes in the CFO Organization and connected areas, such as payments. It also entails to monitor and support with implementation of governance related regulations.

About the job

As an Internal Control & Risk Specialist at If some of your job tasks will be to:

·      create and maintain a comprehensive view of key risks and controls connected with the processes in the CFO Organization and in connected areas, starting with the payment process.

·      use understanding from risk and controls to contribute to the development of the payment systems, e.g., improved functionality for automated controls and data analytics.

·      support Business Areas and Corporate Functions in the identification, formalization and follow-up of key finance processes risks and controls.

·      facilitate alignment of the documentation of key finance processes risks and controls between Business Areas and Corporate Functions.

Your profile

A suitable candidate for this job should be driven, well-structured, process-oriented and enjoy interacting with many different people with a supportive mindset. You are a good communicator who easily establishes and maintains professional relationships with stakeholders on all levels in the organization. You can identify yourself with If´s core values and contributes with a positive attitude to make If an attractive employer.

We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of relevant experience working with projects and business development preferably within the insurance industry. You should also have excellent skills in English, written and spoken and be able to communicate in one Nordic language. Experience from working with Internal Control, IT General Controls or other related control frameworks is meritorious.
